Global Warming Conspiracy
The first idea of a conspiracy regarding global warming was brought up to the public in a documentary in August of 1990. The documentary was broadcast in the UK - it was called "The Greenhouse Conspiracy". It was stated in the broadcast that scientists brought up the whole greenhouse effect theory because they have been in desperate need for funds. It was also said that the theory was promoted because the media at that time needed a good story and the government were looking for a commendable cause to pursue. The documentary received mixed reviews from the public, although it did stir up a lot of minds.
There have been a lot of theories regarding the global warming conspiracy. Some states the whole global warming issue was fabricated by the United Nations in order to gain global governance. Another theory claims that environmentalist made up global warming to prevent carbon-base industrial expansion in some parts of the world, especially Africa. Others incessantly state that the whole issue is only for a socialist political mission.
However, global warming supporters have their own theory regarding the conspiracy idea. They accused their antagonists of the same crime. Global warming supporters are stating that people behind the conspiracy theory are promoting the idea for their own ideological and financial reasons. In 1998, Bruce Babbitt, the US Interior Secretary, stated that the big oil and coal companies in the US are behind this whole conspiracy thing. He said that they are doing this to promote political arguments, which are fundamentally false.
Whether the global warming idea is a fraud or not, it is up to you to believe it or not. Before deciding about the whole matter, make sure that you are properly informed about the global warming idea. There is nothing wrong in personally taking steps in preventing global warming. It will actually do well to our environment. About the whole global warming conspiracy, only time will tell.
